• Pricing includes house cleaning 3 times per week, except on Sundays & federal holidays.

• $1,000 USD cash damage security deposit will  be required at check in.   

• Special prices for stays during Christmas Week and New Years week.

• Price does not include one charge per stay for  final clean up fee.

• These prices apply with direct wire transfers, sales tax 16% and hospitality tax 5% are not included.

• We highly recommend getting a trip insurance, it could cover non-refundable expenses such as tours, excursions, accommodations, etc.
