We understand that plans can change, and we want to make your booking process as flexible as possible. Please review our cancellation policy below:

For bookings made more than 30 days prior to check-in : A full refund will be issued, minus a U$S 100 administration fee, if the cancellation is made at least 30 days before the scheduled check-in date.

For bookings made within 30 days of check-in: If the cancellation is made less than 30 days before the check-in date, a 50% refund will be issued.

No refund for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in : Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to check-in will not be eligible for a refund.

Early check-out : If you need to check out earlier than your scheduled departure date for personal reasons, no refund will be issued for the unused nights.

Exceptions : In case of emergencies, natural disasters, or unforeseen circumstances, we are happy to discuss alternatives or adjustments on a case-by-case basis.

Welcome to our luxury villa! To ensure a pleasant and respectful experience for all guests, please adhere to the following house rules:

No Pets: We love animals and nature, but for the comfort and safety of all guests, pets are not permitted on the property.

Guest Invitations : If you wish to invite additional guests to the villa, please inform the concierge in advance. All guests must be approved by the concierge before entering the property.

Quiet Hours : Please respect the peace and tranquility of the neighborhood. No loud noise or disturbances after 10:00 PM to avoid disturbing neighbors.

No Smoking : Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa. You may smoke in designated outdoor areas, but please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.

Respectful Behavior : We ask that you treat the villa, its amenities, and the surrounding environment with care and respect. Any damage to the property or its contents may result in additional charges.

Security and Locking Doors : Please ensure that all doors and windows are securely closed when leaving the villa. For your safety and privacy, do not share access codes or keys with anyone outside your group.

Pool and Outdoor Areas: For safety reasons, please supervise children and non-swimmers at all times when using the pool or any outdoor facilities. The pool is for registered guests only.

No Parties or Events : This is a private residential property. Parties, events, or gatherings exceeding the number of registered guests are not permitted without prior approval from the concierge.

Trash Disposal: Please dispose of trash in the designated bins. If the villa is equipped with recycling facilities, kindly separate recyclables from general waste.

Check-out Procedure: Please follow the check-out instructions provided by the concierge. Make sure to leave the villa in the condition you found it.

Safe Use : Each bedroom is equipped with a safe for your convenience. The villa is not responsible for any personal belongings or valuables lost that are not securely stored in the provided safes.

Security Deposit Information
